If you have purchased a Retail License directly from Adobe and registered it under your Adobe ID (Email), you can login to (http://adobe.com) and move to ""Manage Plan>Plans and Products"" and can get the serial key available.

If you have purchased a volume license for Master Collection from a Reseller with your Adobe ID (Email), you can sign-in with that Adobe ID (Email) into the Adobe volume licensing website (http://licensing.adobe.com) and can retrieve the serial key from there.
