I lost my serial number for CS3!

Hello,

I've got CS3 Suite for Windows, changed HD and now I'm not able to re-activate CS3 no serial number, neither online nor by telephone.

Apparently there's no service for this product anymore.

Anybody there to help?

If you purchased from Amazon and got a redemption code, it should have been converted to a serial number at one point and, therefore, may be available on your account. Follow the steps hans-g provides to check Adobe's database.

Although Adobe support is unable to troubleshoot installation issues with older software like CS3, they can clarify which licenses and serial numbers are associated with your account. They can also search alternate phone numbers and e-mail addresses if you're not sure to which information your serial number is tied. in addition to Atul_Saini's hint, because you worked already (or?) with your CS3, you should have a look at Adobe's database, to see what's stored/saved about your accounts. Here you will find general infos about your Adobe Account https://accounts.adobe.com/>>> see My productsView all >>> These registered products are associated with your Adobe ID. >>> Name >>> Serial number.

And to find your serial number (as Atul_Saini said) have a look there
