I lost my serial number for CS3!

Hello

I got my photoshop from my niece. She didn't use it anymore. But my macbook died and I got a new one.

But I forgot to write down my serial number somewhere. Now I cannot license the software. Is there any way to do so?

I really really need it back

When you "got my photoshop from my niece. She didn't use it anymore" did the two of you do a License Transfer https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1355892

If not, and she installed the program before you "got it" the serial number will most likely be registered to her Adobe account, not yours

Also, if she did install the program, and you then installed the program without her DE-activating, the two of you have used up the allowed two activations, and the actual owner (most likely her) will have to contact Adobe to have the activation count adjusted for you to be able to install and activate again

Thanks, indeed she is the actual owner and probably has to contact adobe.
