I lost the contents of my laptop storage recently, and cannot retrieve the backup of my Fireworks CS5 application. I can find my order on adobe.com, but none of the download links work. Suggestions?No matter what I click on the download page, get som

No matter what I click on the download page, get something like:

HTTP ERROR: 404 /support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp

RequestURI=/support/downloads/dlm/main.jsp

Make sure you have cookies enabled and clear your cache.  If it continues to fail try using a different browser.
