I'm a subscriber but Lightroom says my trial has ended. [was: How do I subscribe?]

I already paid for the creative plan, but my adobe lightroom says that my trial has ended. And my plan is supposed to include lightroom. I don't understand how to fix it, and I obviously don't want to buy something twice ...
