Recently I saw that on my bank account Adobe is taking 12€ every month for Adobe

12€ seems to be the monthly fee of the Photographer Plan. If you don't subsribe this plan or something else you have to contact the Adobe support. Because this is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support and other users here can't help with that specific problem.
