I’m having a problem with my Adobe creative cloud

Adobe Creative cloud always seems to shut down every time I try to download and install it

Hi @Dr.JazzMan1 Could you go to /Applications folder -> Adobe Creative Cloud and try launching the Adobe Creative Cloud from that location.

if your computer meets specs (ie, read @Nancy OShea message), install the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html


use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Does your computer meet the min-system requirements to run CC + all other apps?

  • Windows 11 (64-bit), Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2, 21H1;
  • MacOS 13 (Ventura), 12 (Monterey), macOS 11 (Big Sur).

Does your computer user profile have administrative permissions to install software and read/write system files?
