I'm having trouble downloading stuff on the Adobe Creative Cloud

My creative cloud started updating once I opened it and is now stuck at 43%. I'm trying to download Fresco however the update is making me incapable of downloading something else. I need help.

If restarting the computer doesn't work, try restarting your modem/router.
