I can not install PH CC

What should I do

    When I click in the download center on the Photoshop icon, I get a big bleu icon with th sword DOWNLOAD in .

    When I click there, I get some small popup style screen with the title "Creative Cloud' but it is empty.   The only thing I see is  a drop down box with the help  and close function ...

    Hi Stef,

    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.

        Navigate to the OOBE folder.

        Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

        Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

        Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db

        Launch Creative Cloud and try to download again.
