I'm not subscribed?!

So I'm a student at Sheridan and I had a free subscription to all the programs offered by Adobe for a year. It expired and I renewed it by paying the 20 dollars for the entire year, but when I try to log on and use the programs, it says I'm not subscribed. Does anyone know why?

Hello there,

I appreciate you trying to help me.

So I've checked to see whether or not my account plan is active and it is.

I've deleted all the programs uninstalled Adobe cloud, signed out signed back in and nothing is working it still says my trial has expired.

Another thing to note too is that they're charging me every month regular price for the programs even though the student plan is 20 dollars for the entire year. I don't get it. I'm starting to get really frustrated.

Once again I appreciate you trying to help me.
