I'm not sure how to find customer surveys

Question

I'm not sure how to find customer surveys and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find it? Regardless the customer representative that assisted me on my case: ADB-3402119-K0K3  was an amazing representative and a wonderful example of how amazing customer service should be! This representative offered me many helpful options and found every solution to the questions I had for them! I wish I had the actual survey to be able to give them the credit they deserve!

The survey is send to you by e-mail. Look into your e-mails and if you do not find it there, look into your spam folder. It may take some time to get that e-mail (around 24 hours as of my experience).

Btw: it’s good to hear from positive experience for customer support, as most of the posts here talk about frustrating experiences. The good experiences get seldom posted here. Thanks.
