I'm on a Mac OS 10.10.1, I've downloaded Creative Cloud and I'm trying to get Photoshop, but all I have in the Apps panel is a spinning circle. I tested my download speed which is 32Mbps. I've waited a couple of hours and it is still spinning. I can'

I've waited a couple of hours and it is still spinning. I can't work out if it is still downloading or there is another problem. Any advice?

Thanks. It looked like it was going to work but unfortunately my Macbook Pro crashed due to this problem MacBook Pro: Distorted video or no video issues - Apple Support

and they failed to tell me about in time to get it fixed, so I didn't get to try it out.
