I'm receiving the Error 207 where says that Adobe is trying to connect to the server

I'm unable to work with Adobe CC since it can't connect to the server! It keeps showing me the Error code: 207 and it says "try again after some time" I should have said the same when i was entering my credit card info, "try again after some time"
