I'm reinstalling CS4 on a replacement computer and when I enter my serial

The Adobe rep says they don't offer chat or phone support for CS4 anymore, so I'd appreciate if anyone can advise how to get the software to accept my valid serial #. In the meantime, I had to open the software as a 30-day 'trial' user. Thanks.

    What software? What system? What license? you need to be much more specific.

    Sorry - Adobe CS4 onto a Dell with Windows 8.1. The license is for CS4, and it worked fine for my previous installation on my old computer (Windows 7, previously).

    CS4 Serial number your Creative Suite 4 serial number is a volume license.  You will need to download the volume license installation files from https://licensing.adobe.com/.  The installers available at Download CS4 products are the retail installation files.  If you attempted to use these installation files with your volume license serial number you would receive a invalid serial number message.
