I'm the original buyer of Creative Suite Premium. It still meets my needs but won't re-install after I upgraded my box to Win 10. Win 10 isn't the issue, and my Adobe customer profile says the product is registered. Adobe just won't let me activate it. Can you help?

If you're referring to the original Creative Suite (CS1) then that activation server was shut down by Adobe a few years ago.

The only way to re-install now is to download a new, non-activation version of CS2 (applies to CS1 owners too).

Error: "Activation Server Unavailable" | CS2, Acrobat 7, Audition 3

Install then enter the new, non-activation serial number provided at that link (column next to download link). Your existing serial number will no longer work.
