I'm thinking of buying a Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 & Premiere Elements 2021 on a disc.

I have more than 3 computers, how many can I install these 2 sofwares on. Or is this just a one time installation?

You may activate on 2 computers but not use both at the same time http://www.adobe.com/legal/licenses-terms.html
