I'm trying to activate Cs2.

This was purchased before I set up an adobe ID and there is no record digitally of my download. I am not prompted to login to my Adobe ID when I am trying to open the program, it prompts me to call to activate... when I call there is a message saying they no longer do phone activation go online. I go online and see that Cs2 is not supported and the instructions don't match up to what I see on my screen, Any help?

You need to download a special version and also use the special serial number provided for it.

I guess my problem is that my Adobe ID doesn't have Cs2 there, I only have the old CDs. Is there a place to put in my serial number from the box? Thank you for your help!

No, if you read the responses you were given you will find that your discs and serial number are of no use to you. You need to get the special version and special serial number.
