I'm trying to download a trial of illustrator and it is being extremely slow, eventually closing and not fully installing

Does anyone know why I may be having issues downloading the trial version of illustrator to my mac? I've never had issues downloading any software and Adobe has never been slow.

Clear Tmp folder .

If you are using Wireless/ Wifi Internet connection , if possible try with wired Ethernet connection .

Disable Firewall if it is ON, temporarily .

Or you can also download Illustrator using direct link :
