I'm trying to download CS6 I keep getting a window that says I need to close Bridge. Bridge not open

I cannot download CS6 because I keep getting a window popping up saying I need to close Bridge. Bridge is already closed. How do I get around this? Do I need to remove bridge altogether from my computer?

    Open task manager/Go to processes and look for Bridge.exe and End task: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows7/open-task-manager .
