I'm trying to download free trial of A.llustratorCS6-But, I'm told to get A. air first?

Please help me with this problem: I am trying to download free trial of Adobe CS6,

However, I am recieving this message to get 'Adobe air ?'in order to successfully download Illustrator. What is Adobe Air? And why do I need it.
