I'm trying to download Illustrator on my computer. I received the following error message:

I just received a new computer and tried to download Illustrator using the CD that I have.  I was able to successfully download Photoshop from the CD, but when I tried to get Illustrator to download I received the following error message:

Any suggestions on how to fix this or why this error occurred?
