I'm trying to download the Adobe Fuse (Preview), but it moves to the CC app and then waits.

It stays at 0% forever - literarly all night. Is there something that will make it go? I've tried again this morning, but it refuses to budge from 0. I have nothing else downloading anywhere on the network and it just won't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Hi VickyM24,

There is an apparent bug which causes the Fuse download progress bar to stay at 0% until it is complete. Since Fuse is a large program, it may take significant time to finish downloading. How much time depends on your internet speed, but it can vary greatly.  For more information, check out this forum discussion: Fuse Install Stuck at 0%

Since you already gave the download an overnight, are you using wireless internet? Switching to a wired connection may help speed the download process. In addition, if you are behind a firewall, you may want to disable it temporarily.

Let us know if any of the above suggestions help or if you need additional assistance.

Best,

Del
