i'm trying to download the creative cloud and the installer fails to initialize

I log in to my account through the adobe website, then I click on "try for free", then I'm asked to choose a program, I click on premier pro, a new page appears (on the address bar shows //creative.adobe.com/products/downloads/premier... etc) and nothing happens, only four small squares in the middle of the page spinning for ever...
