I'm trying to install from DVD premiere elements 12 and it keeps stopping, saying Bridge.exe is running. How do I defeat this problem?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled premiere 12 twice now, unpinned bridge and all other adobe products from the taskbar and start menu, but the warning keeps coming up. Help?
