I'm trying to install the individual applications and my password isn't accepted.

My Adobe log in credentials aren't accepted.

    You need to provide computer information when you ask a question

    When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2139902

    After downloading the application on my iMac and after entering my personal password on the machine, the application gives me the message that there was an error in the download, even though I changed the user account on my computer, I could not activate the application

    contact that vendor though they have poor trust ratings, appear to sell illegal adobe software and are not in the list of authorized adobe resellers. ie, you were probably conned.
