I'm trying to register (again) my copy of Photoshop CS3 Extended. I had some laptop problems and need to reinstall it. When I tried to register the product I was told that my serial number is invalid!???

    Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

    Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

    Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

    Windows 10 Pro

    The problem is with Adobe. I did the chat thing. First they told me that my serial number was invalid then they told me that they don't service CS3, any more!

    And no, not the administrator account. But all of the other serial numbers for Adobe products worked just fine!???
