I'm very frustrated!!!

I'm very frustrated. I was paying for illustrator and photoshop monthly but I have registered an actual full suite purchase of adobe programs. When I go to activate and use illustrator or photoshop it's saying I need to renew my membership even though I have registered the serial numbers for the products. I've been attempting to contact adobe about this but I am unable to find a number or the ability to chat with someone online to resolve the issue. Can anyone help? Or can an adobe rep contact me so I can figure out what's happening?
