As long as the laptop meets the system requirements for the Adobe Creative Cloud apps you want to use, all you have to do is download the Creative Cloud desktop app which will let you install any compatible versions of apps that are part of your Creative Cloud plan.

You are free to install the apps on as many computers as you want. However, the number of active installations depends on your Creative Cloud plan. If you’re on a single-user plan, you can activate any two installations at a time (for example, on your desktop and on your laptop) as long as you are the only person using them.

Others touched on the hardware requirements.

But if you mean whether you can install the apps on your laptop in addition to your main computer, you can activate the apps on up to 2 computers simultaneously.

If you try to install them on a 3rd computer, you'll have the option to log out of the apps on one of the other computers. It won't uninstall them but if you go to sign in on one of the previous 2, you'd have to again choose one to sign out of.

Make sure your computer meets the CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

  • Windows 11 (64-bit) versions 24H2, 23H2; Windows 10 versions 22H2, 21H2;
  • MacOS 26 (Tahoe), 15 (Sequoia), 14.7 (Sonoma).

Hope that helps.
