Question

I need a 64 bit download version of Premiere Elements 12. Where do I find it?

I purchased a download copy of Premiere Elements 12 today.  After obtaining the activation code, and hitting the "download" button that displayed on the page, my computer spent about 2 hours downloading the program.  On the installation phase, however, I got an error messsage saying that I needed the 64 bit version of the program.   1.  I can't find it on the website.  2.  Why did it not ask me to select a version before spending several hours downloading the wrong version.

You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

Thank you. That download link shows the 64 bit trial version in two

files. I downloaded the first one with no problem. When clicking on the second

download file, however, I get either a page with a bunch of gibberish

characters or a notice that I don't have permission that file on the server. I

tried this several times with both internet explorer and google chrome.

No way to get into the second file.
