p.s. for future reference (and for other users), while links to many older adobe versions, including the one you seek, are available via prodesigntools.com, all older cc version links can be obtained via adobe support.  to contact adobe support:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

Only the latest two versions of the Creative Cloud apps are supported and available for download so that would be 2022 and 2021. You can try and download the older versions of the Creative Cloud apps from the following website. The links on the website will download mostly the major version and not the minor updates. Minor updates may or may not be available via Creative Cloud Desktop app, after the installation.

Do note that if the links mentioned on the website don't work, then it means that Adobe has discontinued providing the download and genuine installers are not available anymore. Be circumspect if someone contacts you claiming to provide an installer in such a case.
