I purchased my version of Acrobat 9 Standard preinstalled on my computer. When I did a clean install of Windows 8.1, I lost the ability to use the restore function. I have a proper serial number in my adobe account, but I have no disc for the installation. Please help!

Please contact your Computer manufacturer to provide you the setup. If it is Dell Machine then you can download Acrobat 9 from this link.
