i need a new serial number for my cs4 premium design mideastern version that i own and want to load on my new mac with system 10.11.2. i received day before yesterday a number and was told to download from your site but what came through was not a mideastern version. i emailed rashid who gave me an email address to write to but did not get a response for that issue. i still use the cs4 on my provious imac but need to start working on the new one and the serial number on my box does not respond any more. varda

Dear people, everything works fine, except I cannot install acrobat 9 pro in the middle eastern version, I do not want to jeopardize already installed all the rest of cs4 applications, varda

at that time, i believe, acrobat came on its own disc with its own serial number when it was bundled as part of the cs4 suite.
