I need a refund or to change my order

I tried to cancel my monthly subscription of InDesign and get an annual one instead but I somehow got a photography package rather than InDesign. The website doesn't let you check your order before it processes it!!! Now I don't know how to contact an actual person to try to sort this out. Can someone please contact me with an email address that goes to a person? Not a contact page that goes round and round in unhelpful circles???
