I need a six digit redemption code (serial code) and can't find it. This is a Teacher edition.

I just got the photoshop elements 13 and premiere elements 13 Teacher edition.  I've signed in, been approved, and received my activation codes.Now I'm at a screen that is entitled "Serial Number" and it's giving me six boxes for six digits.  Until I input them I can't go further, but I don't have this number that seems to sometimes be called a redemption code and sometimes called a serial number.  Regardless of its name, I can't find it.  Help!
