I need an earlier version of photoshop v21.2.3

hello community

how are you?

I need some help, I recently updated my photoshop to version 22.2, but it didn't work on my mac, support couldn't solve it because my mac doesn't support this version, the problem is that adobe doesn't provide the previous version of photoshop and the last one that roudou was version 21.2.3, can someone help me with this? send me this version?

Ok, you you need CC2020 version. Well the thing is that Adobe supports only the latest two version of the CC apps and provides only them as downloads via the Creative Cloud Desktop app. In addition to this Adobe has also stopped providing public download links to installers since CC2020. So the only way to get genuine installer for CC2020 would be to contact support, they will provide a link if it is available. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

hole, I contacted them through chat with them today and even so they said they didn't have more versions to provide, a specialist attendant told me to post this doubt here in the community if anyone had the link with that version, tomorrow I'll try again with the chat to see if they can provide me

for everything else, you must use adobe support** (and it may take a few tries to find an agent to provide links).

To go back (revert) to previous versions, use the Adobe Creative Cloud application, next to the product you want to revert, click on... (three little dots) and pick "other versions."
