Magictouchpix, we would recommend you wait to subscribe to a Creative Cloud All apps membership if you do not have access to a computer or device that meets or exceeds the current system requirements.  The requirements to use our applications and services continues to evolve, so even if you gain access to an older version of Animate CC, you may encounter other problems using the services and applications you purchased.

Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/animate/system-requirements.html for a list of system requirements to utilize the current release of Animate CC.  You can also find information on how to cancel active membership at https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

We do charge a termination fee if you wait too long to cancel the annual membership, so please bookmark and implement the directions in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html soon if you are unable to locate a device capable of running Animate CC.

you can use animate 20.5, but you'll need to contact adobe support* for that link.  you may need to try different agents to see if you can get one to comply.

if you can live with cc 2019, links are available from prodesigntools.com. https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.

    thank jim @ prodesigntools.com

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true
