Hello. When I installed my after effects, it showed "Erroe 147:20". So what's the peoblem? Thank you.

    That's a licnesing error. Reinstall the progrma and make sure you do so with sufficient user privileges and security stuff turned off. Likewise, run it with sufficient privileges when you launch the first tiem so the activation system can do its magic...
