I need help accessing my account and can't reach anyone at Adobe. Does anyone have a phone number?

I'm not having any luck figuring out how to get support help. I'm the admin but somehow locked out of the admin access. It's only telling me to contact my admin. How can I reach support to help get this sorted out?
