I need help activating CS6 after transfer, I deactivated old computer but CS6 won't reactivate on new computer

I followed the online instructions and deactivate CS6 on old computer. But when I tried to activate CS6 on new computer the activate button isn't available. I have all my licenses. How do I use CS6 on new computer?

    did you install cs6 in your new computer using the installation files?

    if yes, did you enter your serial number when prompted during installation?

    if yes, your cs6 is probably already activated.  you can confirm by opening a program>click help>and confirm activate isn't clickable, but deactivate is clickable.
