I need help - cancel my Adobe account and stop an error payment
Hello,
I tried so many times to contact Adobe directly, even by chat. Once they answered, then they did not answer for 2 days and never got back to me. Then the chat option simply disappeared from the Support options.
Now - I need to cancel my account Adobe. I do not intend to use their products anymore.
I tried a trial, which I cancelled, but obviously something went wrong since they are charging me 24 Euros every month despite my request to stop that I don´t use the product and I intended to use only the trial.
I discovered that they activated a 1 year charging without having me notificated in any way.
I asked for help, in vain. I would like to have my money back and cancel my name and e-mail from their records.
I just want all this to stop, I´m really having a disappointing and negative experience, which is not good for such a company as Adobe.
