I need help - cancel my Adobe account and stop an error payment

Hello,

 

I tried so many times to contact Adobe directly, even by chat. Once they answered, then they did not answer for 2 days and never got back to me. Then the chat option simply disappeared from the Support options.

 

Now - I need to cancel my account Adobe. I do not intend to use their products anymore.

I tried a trial, which I cancelled, but obviously something went wrong since they are charging me 24 Euros every month despite my request to stop that I don´t use the product and I intended to use only the trial.

 

I discovered that they activated a 1 year charging without having me notificated in any way.

I asked for help, in vain. I would like to have my money back and cancel my name and e-mail from their records.

 

I just want all this to stop, I´m really having a disappointing and negative experience, which is not good for such a company as Adobe.

    Also, as I scanned the forum here and the answers, many people attached links to click on - but unfortunately, they don´t go anywhere, no direct contact or chat with Adobe, no possibility at all to request the account deleting. It´s just a helpless situation and I noticed many users wanted to start a class action against this non ethic behavioral, and they also owe us money they took away from us, and there is no chance to stop the billing, absurd! Knowing that I am not alone gives me the strength to shout out this problem here, asking for your help.

    Hello Jeff, thank you for your reply, but unfortunately it does not work, none of the 2 solutions. The chat is not anymore active for me, strange... Once it was, now it is not. I´m taking this to the next level with PayPal Assistance. The only thing I should get is a refund for 2 months which is like 50 Euro (which was taken from my card and PayPal cannot help me in this). I don´t see why should I give these gifts to Adobe. If you know someone from the assistance... could someone get back to me? Thank you
