I have switched all of my computers to Linux and Adobe products is not compatable with the new setup. I need to cancel my subscription. I know how to do it but it says I have to pay an early termiination fee and I do not feel that I should have to pay since it is not my fault that Adobe does not have version of their apps for Linux. I was trying to find an email or phone number for Adobe to take care of this, but I have not found either one.

Correct answer Nancy OShea

Sorry to say this but it is your fault.  Just like all of us fellow product users, you agreed to these terms of service when you joined Creative Cloud.

It's also your responsibility to ensure your equipment meets or exceeds the system requirements.  A Windows or Mac OS is required.  Linux OS is not and never has been supported.

Nice try though 🙂

Good evening.
I agree with Nancy_OShea.
Therefore, Nancy_OShea's answer has been marked as correct.
In addition, the cancellation fee depends on the payment method, there is no refund for annual lump sum payment, and there is no cancellation fee itself for the monthly plan.

That is interesting considering the fact that I did pay monthly and I did not have to pay any cancellation fees. Nancy's answer should not be marked as correct because it did not solve the problem.

It sounds like you enrolled in the pricier month-to-month plan which is subject to rate increases but allows cancellation at any time without penalty.

In contrast, annual plans cost less per month and have a fixed rate for the whole 12 month contract.  But if you cancel early, you pay a penalty fee.

You are actually wrong. I have every right to use whatever system I want. I did get talk to someone from Adobe and I got my subscription cancelled without having to pay any cancellation fees.

check https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html
p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).

if the above link doesn't help you cancel, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
