I need help down loading Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0

    Hi Elbert,

    Photoshop elements 3.0 is very old software the activation servers for the product have been closed and we no longer have a download link for the same.

    Would recommend you to upgrade to Photoshop elements 14. See, Picture editor software & tools | Adobe Photoshop Elements 14

    So you are forced to buy the version every year or if you have had issues with your computer, you have to buy the program again!!!

    aside from the fact there is NO WAY to reach customer service for SUPPORT!!!!!

    Adobe no longer provides support for CS6 and earlier programs... and PE3 is WAY earlier

    And FYI... Microsoft did the same thing... The perfectly good MS Office 97 I owned stopped working (would not even install) when I moved from a WinXP computer to a Win7 computer... Microsoft stopped selling and supporting Office 97

    A note for anyone else reading this... computer products have end dates for company support, and sometimes even for download links

    When you download a program, MAKE A COPY on an external device like a flash drive or external hard drive (or two copies) so you will always have the program available to install again

    And, put your serial number in a text file and put that text file with your copy of the program installer
