Hello I downloaded Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop on my old laptop which has been stolen from me, and need to re-download them onto my new laptop.......how can I go about doing this?

I can verify my identity privately and all the information associated with my account to prove that its really me who needs this information. Please I was w a photography student and I backed all of my photos onto the hard drive and adobe lightroom application I need to access those 1,000 images.
