I need help with my old ps elements lizens key

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my question.

Here's my problem: I found my old Photoshop Elements 13 CD and installed it on my PC, but now the program tells me I've activated my license key on too many devices.

I no longer have access to my old PC.

I've already checked my account under "activated devices," but there are no devices listed.

Despite this, the program still tells me I've activated too many devices.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to any human support staff because I don't have an active subscription. I also haven't found an email address for support.

Can anyone help me?

12-year-old software is too outdated for use on modern equipment and operating systems. Too much has changed. Even with an available activation remaining, there's no guarantee of success.

That refers only to Creative Cloud subscription products, not Elements products.

the only way to regain an activation is to use a computer that has a current activation. if you no longer have access to your old pc, it will be impossible to regain an activation.

also, adobe no longer supports its legacy apps.
