I need help with sign up

Hello, im from Argentina. I have an issue when im trying to sign up to the student/teacher plan, they ask me to fill these things with my name, college, etc.. but when I do I cant press the continue button, I dont know why. And I really need to buy it. Please help. thx

1. start a subscription, Adobe Creative Cloud for students and teachers | Adobe Creative Cloud

2. sign in to the cc desktop app using the same adobe id used to start the subscription, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
