I need to cancel my membership, I'm logging in from the United Arab Emirates

I have spent one hour or more trying to cancel a membership from my account and because I'm logging in from UAE one of the countries that online membership cancelation through online is not supported. Moreover No Phone option, or chat is appearing and only that forum option.

PLEASE ADVISE!
