You need to tell us more about your system. Just typing a topic title in all caps and then hoping people could guess what you actualyl wnat from them is kinda pointless. Anyway, perhaps this will already be enough?

Any chance you telling us your OS? In Windows there is a control panel for adding and removing applications. You may want to deactivate the application before removing. On the Mac in each application folder there should be an alias to the uninstaller for each app. The actual uninstaller is in the Utilities folder, in the Adobe Installers folder.
