I need to download my Adobe applications to my PC but it won't let me.

It turns out that my PC had pirated versions of these applications by default, and I deleted them. I work on my laptop, but now I want to work on my PC. However, I can't because it blocks me from installing the products, either through the website or directly from the PC application. It also gives me an error message saying that I can't log in because there is no network connection.

Evidently not well enough. Format C drive to wipe your hard drive clean.

Backup important files beforehand.

Use only legitimate software installation disks to rebuild your PC.

Good luck.
