I need to download previous version of photoshop, creative cloud does not show them

I’m having trouble getting hold of previous versions of photoshop (my pc is incompatible with the one I had) I managed to uninstall photoshop, but creative cloud doesn’t show other versions, when I click on “other versions” it just shows the latest .It has also stopped showing my bundled apps (I have the photography bundle).
