I need to download the Adobe Muse trial for a class but it won't let me
... But it's saying that my OS isn't supported. I have Mac OS X version 10.7.5 and no software updates available. Please advise!

It means what it says. Current versions at least require OSX 10.8 and with muse you are out of luck, because it doesn't offer downgrades to older versions.
